Amiens won’t be punished by the French league after 29 individuals have been harm in September’s collapse.

Amiens won’t be sanctioned by the French soccer league (LFP) after dozens of followers have been injured when a barrier collapsed at their stadium in September.

The league disciplinary fee launched a press release saying it was closing the case after judging there was no proof of wrongdoing by both Amiens or northern rivals Lille.

In September, the Amiens-Lille match was stopped after the opening aim within the 15th minute.

Fode Ballo-Toure had simply scored for Lille when he ran over to a piece of visiting followers behind the aim to rejoice. As followers surged ahead, the fence collapsed. Followers tumbled onto the sector and the match was instantly stopped.

The hospital in Amiens mentioned 29 individuals have been injured.

The league mentioned the match might be replayed on Nov. 20 with out giving additional particulars.
