Antoine Griezmann has advised Telefoot that he now plans to remain at Atletico Madrid after the membership have been handed a switch ban till January 2018.
Sources advised ESPN FC that Manchester United have cooled their curiosity within the France striker and Griezmann had given combined messages over his plans over current months however expressed his help for Atletico shortly after it was confirmed that they will be unable to make any new signings till 2018 as the Courtroom of Arbitration for Sport rejected their attraction over a switch ban.

Final week Griezmann, who had stated this week he was completely happy at Atletico and that his future will likely be determined quickly, posted a message on his social media accounts studying: “Now greater than ever #Atleti #Alltogether”
And on Sunday, Griezmann, who has a launch clause in his contract set at €100 million (£87m), confirmed to Telefoot that he can be staying this summer time.
“We’ve got determined to remain [Griezmann and his sporting adviser Eric Olhats],” he stated. “[The constant speculation and questions about his future] was fairly irritating.
“It’s a troublesome second for the membership and for my teammates. It could have been a very harsh blow [for Atletico] to depart. There’s one other lovely season available.”
Requested about France teammate Lacazette, he added: “Sure it’s a disgrace for him, as a result of he would have come. In December, we will likely be knocking on the door once more.”
